Seating with Social Distancing
Reorganizing the seating arrangement in waiting areas of the hospitals to reflect 3 hand distance by either:

Blocking one seat between every two seats by strapping the handles

Placing seats 6 feet apart from each other

Queue with Social Distancing
Providing visual cues (in the form of grids/or marked footsteps) to patients and their family members/ friends for standing in queues in the following manner:

Use of floor stickers pasted 6 feet apart

Use of simple tape outlining a floor map

Appointment Booking System
Putting in place an appointment system, where-in for different time periods through the day, only a certain number of appointments are allowed- this limits over-crowding of the facility at any given time

Registration Ticket System
Where it is difficult to set up such an appointment system, encourage a ticketing process for registration, wherein patients are expected to get a ticket number from the guard.
The guard is then able to use the tickets to track the number of people within the hospital (by marking the numbers inside, left or waiting) and then using that to allow more visitors.

Covid Safety Kits
Have signage outside the facility that encourages everyone to bring their own personal items of pen, bottle of water, tissues. The signage can also direct patients/visitors to a nearby shop where they can buy these items.
